Teaching team

The teaching team includes teachers from both lower and upper secondary level. The school management, didactic management and department management form the management team of the Neue Schule Dorsten.

Stable class groups and a fixed team of teachers for each year group ensure that all children receive good guidance and individual support at all times. Co-ordination within the teaching team ensures quality standards within the teaching and learning process. Regular dialogue takes place in multi-professional teams. Continuous teacher training planning ensures further training and thus high standards within the teaching team.

The UNESCO profile ensures that our teachers are aligned with national and international teaching and learning standards and participate in teacher cooperation and teacher training programmes.
