A healthy, fresh and varied lunch is essential in the all-day school programme. A salad bar, a choice of meals and a vegetarian option offer pupils plenty of choice.

An appropriate amount of space and a modern, well-designed canteen create a friendly atmosphere.
Meals can be booked daily and can also be cancelled online at short notice (by 8:30 a.m. on the day of cancellation), for example if a pupil falls ill. The canteen is run by the company "Der Hauskoch". The Hauskoch team cooks for kindergartens, day-care centres and schools in the region. You can find an overview on the company's website at www.derhauskoch.de

Proceed as follows:

Register

Go to the page www.derhauskoch.de. On the right-hand side of the page you will find the section "New registration". Click on it to go to the login page. Simply follow the instructions on the screen to create your account. You have now taken the first step towards your next delicious meal.

Log in

Go to the page www.derhauskoch.de. Select "Menu order", click on "Order" and log in with your user name and password. If you wish to change your password, you can also do so here. Once you are logged in, you can start choosing your menu immediately.

Order/Cancellation

After successfully logging in, you will be taken directly to the menu. Select your favourite menus and confirm your selection using the order button (please complete each week with "Order"). The order amount will be debited directly from your WebMenu account. If you cancel a pre-ordered menu, the amount will be credited back to your account immediately.

Please note the order and cancellation deadlines:

After expiry of the order deadline, the menu plan is blocked at the specified time and orders for this day/period are no longer possible; similarly, a cancellation of the menus is only possible within the cancellation period (by 8:30 a.m. on the day of cancellation).

Neue Schule Dorsten leads to all lower secondary school-leaving qualifications and ensures access to the gymnasiale Oberstufe (upper secondary school) through binding cooperation.
All children are supported in such a way that they achieve the best educational qualification for them after Year 10.
